Developing a niche in the market to help serve customers and project needs.After successful periods with the LafargeHolcim group and the ERA group where I enjoyed the challenge of bringing businesses and teams together to deliver results for the businesses. I enjoyed the transition of Aggregate Industries over the period I was with them, and especially the last 8 years managing the successful cement import business and integrating this with the acquired cement production facilities.I am keen to continue to lead and develop Cemblend to activate a change within the built environment, for our customers their projects and beyond. Producing niche products on a bulk scale and getting them to site efficiently.Keen to deliver customer satisfaction and build rapid and long term relationships across the full expanse of supply chains to deliver savings and results for all involved.
