About Matthew Deptuch, Mba, Pmp, Warranted Contracting Officer

Here are some things I believe:People are an organization’s greatest asset. It is cliché but it is truth. My employees, colleagues and customers matter more to me as human beings than as cogs in a project. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn can make anyone successful in any field. I have worked in the very different Entertainment (6 years), Non-profit (4 years) and Government Contracting (8 years) industries and have been successful in all, having received multiple promotions in each field. I also served in various part-time roles in the Education industry for 8 years.Earning the PMP Certification made me a better leader, problem-solver, and critical thinker. It also taught me that I cannot do anything by myself. No matter how talented, we all rely on the graciousness and kindness of others.Reading is essential for success. Leaders are readers and I am always reading multiple books at any one time. There is always learning to be had from reading and books are the best way to go from good to great.God is the main reason for my success. I have worked my tail off but without Him I am nothing. Simple as that.

Listed skills include Leadership, Government Contract Administration, Team Building, Powerpoint, and 29 others.
