Responsible for financial interpreting, modeling, and presenting asset pricing and leasing strategies for institutional and corporate clients. Conducted investment evaluations on a before and after tax basis including: single asset pricing, portfolio pricing, and asset disposition strategy. Utilized NPV, IRR, and direct capitalization analysis to determine asset value, asset sensitivity to market conditions, and portfolio compositions. Provided consultation to corporate clients regarding investment decisions through statistical methods, including multiple regression analysis and ANOVA interpretation. Assisted clients in determining strategy to mitigate real estate investment risk through the security markets.-Reporting directly to the Vice Chairman, responsible for the valuation of the majority of the high profile transactions generated by the investment properties practice in the Chicago, Washington, D.C., and Tri-State regions. Received the only employee thank you for outstanding work contributions from the Vice Chairman, a message that was sent to the entire North American Investment Properties practice.-Built the models used during the $400M+ disposition of Northrup Grumman’s corporate headquarters.
