Hello, my name is Matthew, and I was most recently employed by GEICO as a Customer Service Representative. This was my third position with the company as I started as a Customer Service Representative I-III in May of 2013 and was promoted to a Performance Monitoring Analyst in August 2014 and to the most recent role in June 2017. In the last job, I had extensive interaction with field reps, medical offices, and policyholders of the firm. I was nominated by management to be lead and mentor team members to help them improve their performance. I am a very dedicated and hard-working person and strive to do the best position job. At GEICO, I was selected to the Chairman’s Club two years and was recognized as a top sales agent in the company and was nominated as a Team Leader. I have particularly good leadership skills, being team leader, and motivated the team in a stressful job to do their best. I would like to find a position in finance, real estate, or banking where I can transfer my customer service skills.I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from SUNY Farmingdale.
