Hi, I’m Matthew. I’m a trauma-informed psychotherapist currently working with high-acuity clients in San Diego. My mission is to co-create a world of joy and connection through mindfulness, presence, curiosity and exploration.I've spent the last 20+ years working in stress management and personal development as a Therapeutic Movement Specialist, Master Bodyworker, Meditation Instructor, Communications Coach and Men's Group Facilitator, before refining my career with a masters in Clinical Psychology from TCSPP.
