• Drive continuous improvement of sales staff competencies and skills• Ensure that all Sales staff meet or exceed all standards that include close rates, lead generation, number of appointments, number of sold projects, and sales/discount policies• Conduct one-on-one reviews with all Sales staff to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide for the improvement of sales staff and performance• Recruit and hire Sales staff • Leadership, development and performance of all sales activities within assigned business unit• Staff and direct sales team to achieve targeted growth and profitability and team sales targets and goals• Develop business plans and sales strategies to grow revenue• Review and analyze daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and Salesforce dashboards• Provide guidance, mentoring and coaching to sales staff to ensure optimal performance and accountability• Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effectively building and acquiring of sales leads and opportunities• Provide competitive market analysis of competition• Control expenses to meet budget guidelines• Other tasks as assigned by management in support of business needs• Partner with Marketing to manage the lead generation process to ensure a robust pipeline of leads and the development and implementation of marketing plan• Drive customer satisfaction and customer referrals
