Recorded data through excel on mass composition obtained from IR Spectroscopy, UV-Vis Spectroscopy, and HPLC results and reported to supervisor if any abnormalities were occurring. An abnormality would be classified as a mass composition falling outside a specific percent value of the set point value. If this occurred, product would have to be pulled and either analyzed further or remade. Worked with Manufacturing to decide on the most effective way to mix and produce the product on the line any given day to ensure mass specifications advertised on the product were correct. Prepared buffer solutions and mobile phases of MeOH and Acetonitrile to be used in the HPLC machine when ran daily.Adhered to safe lab practices, including a complete understanding of all SDS’s when using the specified chemical and wearing correct PPE.
