Customer Experience - Insights Analyst
Current- The Customer Experience Insights Analyst is required to manage data analytics and reporting to shape and buildCouncil's Voice of the Customer (VoC) program as part of Council's Customer Experience (CX) Strategy.
- Providing innovative analytical insights to drive improvements to the customer experience.
- Providing data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable analysis of human-centred design solutions.
- Developing and enhancing Council's online data presence to improve the customer experience.
