-Designed permaculture farm focused on native Hawaiian foods and implemented construction, planting, propagation, and regular maintenance with team of 5 staff. Planted and cared for crops in orchard and beds consisting of bananas, avocados, limes, lemons, pineapple, papaya, breadfruit, jackfruit, lilikoi, cassava, taro, sweet potato, potato, spinach, pumpkin, peppers, eggplant, beans, greens, ginger, turmeric, black pepper, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, onion, basil, and oregano-Inspected 3-acre property on daily basis to maintain highest aesthetic standards through landscape maintenance and introduction of new plantings. Performed all tasks related to grounds maintenance such as pruning, weeding, planting, mulching, aerating, soil amendment, pest management, chemical applications, mowing, and watering-Utilized, maintained, and serviced power tools and heavy machinery in construction of farm, renovation of residence, building fence enclosing 3-acre property, and regular maintenance of grounds and residence. Equipment used included tractor, excavator, riding mower, chainsaw, reciprocating saw, chop saw, table saw, brush trimmer, auger, power washer, nail gun, and air compressor-Converted single-family home to bed & breakfast by building out shells of rooms and constructing improvements to common areas-Performed preventative maintenance and addressed repairs in timely and cost-effective manner-Developed and managed budget for farm and grounds-Maintained vehicles through regular detailing, oil changes, fluid level checks, tire rotation, andreplacing brakes
