He has worked in North and South America, Europe and Asia.Prior to co-founding LamaDDB, Matt was Head of Strategic Planning and Innovation at Wunderman Thompson Athens where he was responsible for helping shape brand strategy and drive the transformation agenda for leading brands such as Vodafone, BP, Ahold Delhaize, Alpha Bank and many more. He was also the principal founder of Fweebi, an award-winning mobile digital marketing company.Before joining Wunderman Thompson Matthew worked in the venture capital, consulting and technology sector where he advised aerospace & defense, comms and tech companies, tech funds as well as start-ups on issues related to business planning, brand growth, marketing and strategy. Leveraging this expertise, he also co-founded and successfully exited a retail wellness business based out of London.Matthew is passionate about helping young entrepreneurs: He is a mentor for the People’s Trust Charitable Foundation, speaks at start-up forums and is a regular guest lecturer at Deree American College of Greece, as well as sitting on the advisory board of growing start-up Speen Electric.Matthew holds a Joint Honours Bachelors in Economics and French from the University of Kent, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from the University of Grenoble. He speaks five languages and currently lives in Athens, Greece.
