As a Fit and Wear Test Specialist for New Balance it was my responsibility to collect feedback on a variety of the company's products. This involved two types of "real world" testing protocol. We designed Fit Tests that simulated a store try on experience of athletic footwear. This allowed us to collect appropriate data relating to the fit and comfort impressions of the product. We also maintained a database of 10,000 product tester's that wore the company's athletic footwear and apparel out in the elements. These two types of tests allowed us to generate reports on the fit and wear of our products to the product development and marketing teams.While I was there, I also was responsible for the company's donation program. I was responsible for distributing excess sample product and testing products to a variety of charitable organizations.
