• Interact with the Quality/Operations leaders to identify, capture and analyze business requirements. Lay out agreed upon requirements for programming• Perform gap analysis• Identify areas of process improvement• Identify and analyze report requirements and provide documentation for report development• Perform Data Analysis including data mapping, report analysis, interface definitions• Troubleshoot application issue• Perform market analysis to identify industry standards and market direction• Work closely with development team to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.• Direct and monitor the requirements, framework, conditions, and progress of IT projects and project segments• Support Infrastructure team from DR site as neededPrevious Position: IT Administrator● Configured and deployed VMware servers and storage including licensing and infrastructure● Configured and deployed Veeam as backup solution for VMware servers● Maintain all VMware hardware, software, and virtual servers including patching and updates/upgrades● Palm/Desktop application development, testing, deployment and maintenance for specialized equipment● Create and maintain reports through AIX/Informix ODBC, Excel, Visual Basic and Visual Studio● Desktop, Laptop, Server and network equipment hardware and software support for 65 employees and 80+ devices for 5 locations across the U.S. and Hungary● Maintain company and guest wireless networks● Support basic and some advanced phone system functions for local and remote locations● Administer all cell phones and cell phone plans● Maintain Active Directory, DHCP, File Security, and Group Policy for local and remote locations in a Forest maintained by the parent company● Part of a team responsible for table loading, initialization, deployment, go-live and continued maintenance of specialized ERP system

● Act as liaison between St. Francis Hospital and N2N Technologies● Manage 8 employees covering different areas in the IS department● Ensure 24x7 coverage of support● Maintain log of repairs and supplies for printers and computer carts● Repair mobile station computer equipment● Assist in the deployment/setup of new printers

● Hire and manage 2 seasonal employees● Schedule all IT staff for full coverage during all operating days● Maintain, deploy and upgrade all desktops and peripherals● Configure new desktops for deployment● Assist with server and network maintenance● Coordinate with Technical Services for the install of new network and sales equipment● Software and hardware technical support levels I and II● Test and deploy new software and hardware systems
