I derive my own happiness from empowering others to be their absolute best.- I have a record of working with all staff, including those not directly under my leadership, to create a positive workplace, encourage and foster great forward-thinking practices, and mentor/coach our workers. As a team manager, my direct reports have traditionally extremely low turnover. - I also take pride and responsibility in helping employees connect the strategic initiatives of the organization with their own personal responsibilities.PROBLEM RESOLUTION- Like every company, resolving roadblocks must be a priority. For me, this has included project planning, estimating costs, preparing and managing budgets, calculating ROI, and business development.- I had the opportunity to study and practice Lean Six Sigma processes by looking for efficiency mapping operations and leading a dedicated, talented team who subscribed to my goal of being better.- My education also includes a firm foundation in Scrum and agile project management methodologies. I believe frequent, open communication is key to success in all work.COPYWRITING- My passion for writing has been utilized effectively as I've acted as a copywriter on many occasions. I found that wearing this hat, while unexpected, was deeply satisfying.- I provided both technical and creative copywriting for the company website and published materials, as well as for our sales team.
