I'm a software developer with an innate desire to fix, develop, and create. I started my professional journey as an engineer working in the University of Virginia's Rotational Machinery and Controls Laboratory (ROMAC) where I managed research and development on an experimental rotor-bearing test rig. My time with ROMAC afforded me great hands-on engineering experience and the autonomy I needed to thrive, but I didn't have a passion for rotordynamics. When it came time to leave ROMAC, I segued into digital marketing with a highly-regarded local company. My ability to manage and analyze data helped me to excel (pun intended), but eventually, I realized that I didn't care much for marketing either. When COVID hit and the business world slowed, I used to opportunity to return to engineering. This time it would be in software engineering, specifically in iOS app development. In only a few years, I've had the privilege of contributing to the flagship apps of several well-known Fortune 500 brands. Through my work ethic and dedication to quality, I hope to be crafting exceptional mobile apps for many years to come.
