As an Assistant Track and Field Coach at Mountain Brook High School, I prepare elite training programs for sprinters and hurdlers, facilitate time-efficient practice sessions, and assist with managerial tasks throughout the school year. I also work as an Assistant Gym Manager and Coach at Rebellion Fitness, where I create effective warmup routines, facilitate group workout sessions, and lead occasional seminars on topics such as mobility and flexibility. In addition, I provide private training to sprinters and hurdlers in the Birmingham area through my own business, SPEED – Sprints and Hurdles.I have a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Samford University, where I graduated Cum Laude and competed as a D1 sprinter and hurdler. I won multiple conference championship titles with my team, medaled in several conference championship meets, and helped break a long-standing program record in the 4x400m relay. I have a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals and improve their performance, and I have a strong knowledge of sprinting and hurdling mechanics, strength and conditioning, nutrition, sport psychology, and injury management. I have developed communication, organization, and leadership skills through my diverse coaching and managerial experiences. My goal is to continue to grow as a coach and a mentor, and to share my expertise and enthusiasm with others.
