I've recently made the move from the finance industry to the charity sector as a Test Analyst for world renown exam provider AQA. Previously employed as a UAT/Quality Assurance Engineer at esure Group, one of the UK's leading insurers, I have been involved in numerous changes and projects for well over a decade, testing customer journeys and ensuring quality standards across different streams. Outside of the usual Test work, I have extensive experience in Crisis Management and Business Continuity. I revel in finding creative solutions to unexpected challenges in both reactive and proactive environments.
