Work with and train departments University-wide on accounts payable and payroll process and procedure. -Oversee all day to day and long range strategic activities for both the Payroll and Accounts Payable Office. -Manage compliance and develop plans to reduce risk for the University surrounding overpayments in payroll.-Increase the Universities electronic payment systems.-Create business intelligence platform to enhance reporting in Accounts Payable and Payroll

Manage a staff of 19 in overall accounts payable operations, from invoice entry to payment. Collaborate with procurement in the analyzing of invoice metrics. Actively work to organize the procure to pay process of non-payroll disbursements just under 2 billion dollars. Work with and train departments University-wide on accounts payable process and procedure. - Played a significant role as a subject matter expert in design, configuration, implementation, and training for the ERP system.- Developed plans for cleansing and maintenance of the vendor file in adherence with industry best practices. - Created an electronic payment system allowing the University to make payments via ACH and credit card with rebates totaling over a half million dollars in the past two years. Previous to this 100 percent of payments were made by check while currently only 40 percent are made via check. - Manage accounts payable compliance with all IRS, internal and external audit policies and guidelines.

Provide lead assistance to President of Dynamic Waste in regards to all business transactions and contracts.
