Providing product design to companies within Wales. From Initial design through to the development of 3D CAD (Solidworks). Using the latest in 3D printing technology (Ultimaker, Fortus 250mc, Objet 30 Pro) to produce prototypes for analysis and product development. Reverse engineering through 3D scanning (Artec Eva) and using point cloud software (Geomagic Design X) to generate 3D models from the scanned surfaces. Working closely with the clients by transferring our knowledge and expertise to help create and develop design ideas.

Working within the technical department at Cornelius Electronics the team was responsible for working closely with clients in producing CAD drawings (AutoCAD) of cable harnesses and box builds. Taking information from the clients engineers drawings and translating that into a language where the production staff can understand and follow with ease. Drawings were required to be simple and accurate and produced to tight deadlines. Creating bill of materials and regularly updating existing drawings when design changes are necessary
