I have over 16 years' experience in the Real Estate industry, with the first four years covering Residential Real Estate Sales where I specialised in property sales on the New South Wales South Coast, in Jervis Bay. Here I won many accolades including most improved agent and Top 10 sales.From 2011 onwards I worked with a number of Financial Institutions including Commonwealth Bank and Swiss Investment bank, Credit Suisse. Here I specialised in Strategic Business Management, Corporate Real Estate and Facilities and Portfolio Management. Forward to today, I have the pleasure of working for one of the worlds leading global Real Estate Services providers, BGIS. Here I lead a large team, working on the company's largest contract, Department of Defence. My team and I strive for service delivery excellence in everything that we do from Performance Management, Reporting and Data Analysis, Risk, Compliance and Governance as well as Quality Assurance and Work, Health and Safety. I also have remit across our accounts Customer function, managing our in-house Call Centre team. This Corporate Services team serves to provide superior support and customer service to our Defence clients, customers as well as our internal peers. Based in Sydney, I have the pleasure to travel often to meet with our Defence clients in Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide and beyond and enjoy this opportunity where I often look to extend my network to build new connections as well as new channels of business for our Defence client and the broader BGIS business.
