To complete the Business Case, we studied the ecosystem and completed a SWOT Analysis of other transportation based mobile applications. We also used several elicitation techniques such as documentation analysis, process modeling, surveying, benchmarking, and market analysis. Data analysis was done using excel pivot tables and other graphical models. Risks, costs, and benefits were examined before proposing a solution to stakeholders.Project 2: Active part of a team responsible for retroactively creating a Business Case and Business Requirements Document for a software program with the goal of improving the efficiency of inputting data and generating reports
