I worked with company's from all over, mostly Fortune 500, helping them to better understand and utilize Microsoft software. My main area of expertise is around virtualization. This job allows me to travel all over the country and occasionally over seas. This experience allows me to have a greater impact on how my customers do their jobs.

This team was responsible for incubating new and recently acquired Microsoft technologies. I was responsible for ramping up on different technologies depending on demand, as part of this process I create content and services that could be leveraged by other team members. The goal was to drive demand for these products in the field.

I was part of highly skilled team that travelled throughout the Americas helping customers resolve issue onsite. This role involved working in stressful, highly complex, business down types of scenarios 24 hours a day seven days a week.

I helped customers solve some of their most difficult support issues, from single server outages to complete business down situations. It was a very challenging role that allowed to learn a lot about Microsoft technologies.
