In May 2018, I created the Unofficial SFCC Slack community to provide a place for Salesforce B2C Commerce professionals to connect and learn from each other. We currently have over 10,000 members in our #general channel as of this writing. We've been recognized and sponsored by Salesforce since the aquisition of Slack and regained our full message history. This allows for our users to search for and find questions about Salesforce Commerce Cloud that have been answered by experts in the field. Today, this community is the best source of community-curated Salesforce B2C Commerce knowledge.

• Partner with brands to collaboratively deliver sophisticated, custom-built composable design solutions that precisely align with their identity goals, fostering memorable user experiences and ensuring seamless and exceptional user experiences across the entire enterprise.• Accelerate a brand's innovation capabilities by constructing and providing design system libraries using cutting-edge technologies such as Typescript, React, NextJS, Chakra UI, and Storybook, enabling rapid development cycles and promoting adaptability.• Drive the implementation, successful launch, and iterative improvement of headless experiences by leveraging data from integrations to various solution vendors including Salesforce, commercetools, Algolia, Amplience, and more.• Cultivate a culture of efficiency and excellence within the development team, fostering streamlined processes, code reusability, and adherence to best practices, resulting in optimized productivity and high-quality deliverables.

• Liaison and establish mutually beneficial relationship with Commerce Cloud TMP product owners on selected products and features• Drive the new product/feature/capability adoption programs for specific Commerce Cloud features and capabilities• Provide content expertise and thought leadership for product and feature implementation best practices guides, knowledge base FAQs, scoping guides and Standard Language Library• Owns grooming CSG Voice of the Customer inputs and reviewing VOC feature requests with product owners for release priority• Lead formal presentations, webinars and other learning events tailored to field delivery stakeholders (advisory, delivery, GTM, etc.)• Provide ad hoc subject matter expertise as warranted via customer needs and business demands including but not limited to practice operations, pre-sales support, field assistance, etc.
