Throughout my career I have excelled at the ability to take on new roles in both entry level and advanced positions. With 20 years of work experience overall, I have helped start multiple businesses and outperform my peers in the tasks given to me. My roles naturally gravitate towards technology implementation and employee training. During my time with Best Buy for example, I implemented several technical training practices including new employee training, new specialist training, and updating existing employees skills with improved practices and new technologies.By collaborating with other departments and sharing institutional knowledge, I help organizations build teams that are better than the sum of their parts. Individualized training enabled Senior Installers to appropriate skills quickly and apply them to work in the field.• Improved the team's Customer Satisfaction scores for through interpersonal conversations on effective practices, which resulted in improved metrics across the board. I have found throughout my career that being able to adapt to change and overcome issues has been my strong suit.
