Responsible for provisioning of Data services on the Vonage state-of-the-art Hosted IP PBX VoIP platform; MPLS based IP network, and customer premise equipment. Managing and completing end-to-end configuration of all data-related components needed to deliver the service. Also interacting with the end customer to obtain clarifications on their requirements. Also responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the data implementation process are documented in Vonage systems.Specifically a data provisioner will:-Configure all data equipment required for deployment including routers, switches, firewalls, ATAs, and other devices.-Remotely deploy and troubleshoot all equipment and services for customer solution with on-site field technicians.-Troubleshoot issues with Carrier Partners for circuits and data connections.-Provide technical leadership of internal and external resources to ensure a successful customer implementation and resolution of any post cutover deficiencies.-Serve as the first level operational escalation point for all assigned customer-related issues
