I build business cases to advise senior leadership on the impacts of prioritizing different debit card features, each leading to seven and eight-figure impacts on revenue. I work cross-functionally with partners from many departments to ensure I accurately estimate the financial impacts, risk factors, level of effort, usage, and feasibility of new features. I also conduct market research to keep track of the competition and evaluate how we stack up.Additionally, I design and analyze experiments to optimize many different initiatives, largely revolving around sending notifications and emails to millions of customers. These messages end up reducing fraud, increasing customer retention and activation of cards, and driving significant revenue growth.I also monitor and create visualizations of many key metrics, digging into the causes when they don't perform as forecasted.

I conducted analysis on how Capital One-affiliated car dealerships could more effectively communicate with their customers, and developed data visualizations to help deliver insights to senior leadership.

I taught drum lessons to many students at LACS, eventually forming a drumline that performed at school events and helped foster their love for music.

I helped conduct market research to determine the feasibility of expanding to new markets, which included meeting with fire marshals to discuss permitting and regulations related to the dispensing of fuel.
