Assigned as corporate liaison over a module of 28 local and national authorized retailers of Verizon products and services. Responsible for training and development of retail outlets in all facets Verizon including but not limited to operations, sales processes, point of sale, b2b lead generation, and customer retention. Created and delivered training content for the Touchless Retail adoption experience during pandemic to approx 110 authorized retail outlets reaching approx 500 sales agents and leaders. Adoption of the Touchless Retail experience through the use of 100% digital tools allowed us to cut average transaction times in half. This also helped provide a safe and critical service for customers and employees alike during a global crisis. Engaged virtually with all locations and associates using a “game show” approach while delivering training content to keep attendees engaged. Worked with all size retailers ranging from ten locations up to national brands including Best Buy, Costco, Sam’s Club, Wal-Mart, and Target.

The current landscape of technology within my module involves traditional mobility solutions(voice/data), machine 2 machine solutions, iOT, and a plethora of partner solutions.
