Supporting application development and systems integration. As part of the team supporting the IBM Global Account, I managed several key development projects for the IBM Compensation and Staffing organizations in the HR application suite. I led diverse IBM teams, including teams with members located in multiple geographies, and was the technical focal point on vendor engagements. The teams successfully integrated the annual process improvements needed to meet the evolving business requirements, and I received high customer satisfaction ratings on all engagements. During this time, I was the Solution Project Manager for a key HR database application and the corresponding reporting application.

Development of internal tools using high-level programming languages (e.g. REXX) and multimedia packages. I designed programs to automate department procedures and improve staff productivity. I developed user education classes for office system products and created class materials and handouts. I performed product evaluations on new and enhanced software packages, and recommended organizational direction in this area.
