Ynomia creates a near real-time digital twin for industrial supply chains - capturing location and status data across materials, people, and equipment - by automating, integrating, and visualizing the movement of critical construction supply chain workflows through a hardware-enabled, location-based B2B SaaS product. Role: As a co-founder of Ynomia and leadership team member, I crafted and evolved the business strategy, vision, GTM, organizational planning, and implementation tactics across various leadership roles as we grew the business, product, and international customer base targeting Tier 1 & 2, enterprise-level and specialist construction contractors. Highlights:- Raised a USD 2.5M (~AUD 3.5M) seed round from Brick & Mortar Ventures and strategic and professional investors from US and Australia.- Grew our team from 3 co-founders to 21 FTE eight months after funding, personally managing up to 4 direct reports and up to 17 indirect.- In a business development and growth phase, built an international GTM plan and customer success team, delivering projects to global industrial enterprise-level customers, reaching nearly ~$1M ARR in 2021/2022.

Role: Initially responsible for developing and commercializing IP by engaging and coordinating hardware, firmware, and software development programs with engineers and R&D development partners at CSIRO. Over ~14 months, led product through design, testing, and manufacturing to launch a scalable, battery-powered, wireless (BLE, LoRA, LTE) near real-time location and telemetry network from R&D lab concept to a deployable MVP in customer projects.After MVP validation, this function meant managing and growing a core product of our business, leading cross-functional teams developing and progressing the end-to-end hardware, software, operations, and systems required to commercially deploy and deliver value through our embedded networking product for our industrial customers.

Role: Responsible for building an AUS and US go-to-market strategy for our core IP and premium networking product (BLEAT), including business development, client engagement and relationships, partnerships, sales, customer success, project delivery, and performance.Highlights:- In 2020/21, developed custom solutions, sold and delivered (remotely) four significant pilots and projects with notable (ENR Top 50) US enterprise construction companies, high-profile startups, and Google data centers during initial US go-to-market. - In 2021/22, led a product and sales pivot, reconfiguring our network to support government-mandated COVID-19 compliance (Australia) for essential workers in large construction, selling and implementing four projects, including our largest project ever(~200 daily users) to 2 customers in the first three months.

Role: Managing the P&L and responsible for the operations and organic growth strategy as the Managing Director and Head of APAC at Inntex's Shanghai office. Leading a cross-functional team of mostly 18 Chinese colleagues, I successfully designed and implemented an improvement strategy focused on reducing costs and growing new sources of revenue.Highlights:- Building a new APAC sales organization that captured $500K in the first eight months and installing a digital order management system (ERP) that helped reduce order lead time by 15-20% in the first six months.

Role: Directly supporting EVP, I was responsible for implementing and managing infrastructure and asset projects targeted to transform CAPEX investments into lean, unified, efficient operations. Led capacity and KPI management reporting to develop, monitor, and report on regional efficiency, profitability, and operational metrics.Highlights:- Led the planning and implementation of three strategic business cases over 16 months, overseeing all projects from concept to production, which invested ca. USD 30M in capital, partnerships, and new APAC engineering, supply chain, and production facilities, resulting in over 30% new regional revenue annually.

Role: Support, develop and implement strategic projects sponsored by the Executive Board. I was responsible for projects focused on organizational and profitability improvement actions across global operations. Projects included evaluating M&A opportunities, developing programs to promote company-wide innovation, and co-managing a global cost reduction program.Highlights:- I co-managed a strategic executive project with McKinsey that designed, implemented and delivered over $120M in cost improvements and savings across European operations and business units in 8 countries over 12 months.

Role: I was responsible for hiring, developing, and leading a production team, the technical organization, and supply chain operations necessary for the manufacturing launch and initial delivery phases for an automated production facility that delivered critical impact beams and the front suspension for the BMW X5. Highlights:- While building an operations team consisting of up to 5 direct reports and >50 indirect over 3 shifts in a struggling factory environment, successfully launched the production lines of a German-engineered project with BMW (X5). Over 12 months of managing a complex supply chain startup and challenges building a new operations team, successfully (quality, volumes, and timing) delivered the just-in-time supply of several critical vehicle structure components in a high-volume, high-visibility production ramp-up.
