San Francisco Bay Area

• Education Segment, Client Computing Group. During my internship, I built several dynamic models that produced:
• Most profitable strategic markets for education;
• P&Ls for the worldwide and selected strategic markets; and
• Return analyses for potential investments in these markets. Most importantly, I created meaningful connections with my coworkers and absorbed fantastic information on the future of information technology.

Greater Salt Lake City Area

• Supported two portfolios of syndicated loans (total of ~$500M in commitments) with an emphasis on enterprise value and acquisition lending for middle-market private equity sponsors, typical company size of $5M to $50M.
• Participated in dividend recapitalizations, business combinations, leveraged buyouts, and other debt restructures; responsible for underwriting, enterprise valuation, and financial review for over 30 middle market.
