CurrentFacilitate leadership and strategic development for Shaw’s Commercial Division in support of both the commercial sales team and Shaw’s Strategic Accounts Program. Partner with domestic & global VPSA leadership, DVPs and RVPs to identify key issues and develop multi-brand methodologies centered around the acquisition and maintenance of the company’s largest commercial annuity customers. Establish strategic relationships with clients and firms to gain insight into market trends and create business opportunities. Orchestrate the development of impactful communication methods designed to deliver clean and succinct responses to customer enquiries. Research and educate our leadership on industry trends found in customer driven requests for proposals and the development of required products and marketing tools. Help drive the overall commercial business objectives, and provide multi-brand marketing support to the division.
