Sales Development Representative
Current- Present sales opportunities and order intake through customer requests- Be responsive to customer needs, suggest solutions and additional opportunities- Follow through with customers to ensure an exceptional level of customer satisfaction on the sales process and order fulfillment- Sales prospecting, identify prospective customers through leads, solicitations and industry research- Develop strong internal relationships with all teams to provide solutions for all customers enquires- Responsive to customers' requests on product, price, availability and utilization- Manage accounts through continual communication- Understand inventory levels to manage customer expectations- Complete assigned tasks and reports in a timely and complete manner while maximizing productivity during key selling time.- Assess market conditions, product availability and innovations, analyze competitor information (product, pricing, customer base, geographic areas)
