I work in the the Current Product group of the engineering department. My main role is engineering support in technical information requests, supplier part/drawing approval, permanent corrective action to warranty claims, and production support.

My position at the Chrysler Belvidere Assembly Plant was as a Maintenance Supervisor in the Paint Shop, specifically, the primer and color spray booths. I delegated regular maintenance and work projects on 80 paint booth robots, 9 industrial HVAC systems, and the general paint assembly line. I was directly responsible for the work of at least eight skilled tradesman in a facility with a UAW union represented workforce. Much of my position was influenced by World Class Manufacturing (WCM). This is a methodology that FCA has introduced to improve manufacturing performance and was the toolbox for myself and other supervisors to facilitate the Belvidere Assembly Plant's goal to reach Silver WCM status.

I assisted the design engineers in designing, prototyping, and assembling new fabrication and assembly machines for new and existing products.In addition, I was also responsible for designing the machine guarding for two machines.
