On picking up this mantel, my consitent challenge to our team is to cast a vision that we could champion for the creation of an environment where enhancing the mana of those we served was at the core of all we do. We took a different approach across all of our programmes and initiatives.We know that until we create an environment that empowers and adds value into those whose hope we’re holding, the challenges our most vulnerable face will only continue.We think more strategically about our ability to impact and have created a number of collaborative partnerships that have further enhanced the work that we, and other organisations are undertaking.We’ve widened our impact, and focussed on creating change, with numbers of people served grow from 17,500 YE 2017 to a little over 70,000 YE 2021, as we continue to change the trajectory of our community at a social and environmental level.We are creating an environment that is enabling people to be their best version of themselves, that is creating meaningful societal change.
