I also played a key role in data entry for these contracts, facilitating the automation of the invoicing process in a new system. Additionally, I managed invoice processing for work orders related to gas stations and convenience stores, responded to chargeback disputes and contributed to the invoicing and operational aspects of a renovation project for ExxonMobil and Chevron-Texaco locations (including disaster relief for sites affected by Hurricane Berryl).These experiences honed my skills in project management, data analysis, and process improvement while providing valuable insights into the energy distribution sector.
Store Supervisor
Following some internal restructuring, I re-joined the wonderful team at Casper's Southlake location, this time as a Store Supervisor.With the role, I took over more responsibility within the store, submiting reports daily to upper management regarding sales, conversion and capture rates, as well as having more responsibility with Inventory Management and Customer Service escalations. I also played a role in transforming the store into a pilot location where Casper debuted their newest mattress lineup, and was tasked with learning a brand new portfolio in a short amount of time, and had the opportunity to educate customers on a brand new, unannounced lineup change.I also took initiative by drafting, putting together and printing a furniture catalog to address lowered sales numbers for furniture, which allowed for customers to take a look at the many different furniture items that the store could not display for spacial reasons, which helped both the employees and customers alike, providing a concise breakdown of all furniture options, with visual aides alongside the text.

In June, 2022, I moved into a full time specialist and key-holder role. During this time, I was tasked with a great deal of responsibilities, a lot more than I had in previous roles with the company. On top of my salesman roles, I was tasked with more responsibilities than I was at the Austin store.With the Southlake Town Square Team, I took on responsibilities in receiving Inventory, scanning in and managing freight shipments that were received in store, and ensuring that we were amply stocked in our product to keep up with the needs of a growing DFW population. I developed an understanding for inventory management software, and the inventory tracking process.Additionally, I was tasked with creating engaging marketing email campaigns (being dubbed the "Salesforce Captain"), using my strong writing skills as well as my extensive knowledge of customer needs to develop effective messaging and promotions. These templates initially were just used for my team in my home store, but were eventually shared to other stores throughout the country and brought higher returns for the entire retail fleet.I also worked on a presentation that would educate retail salespeople on competing company product, and ways to professionally compare and contrast our product to theirs. This also was shared with stores across the United States and Canada, and was eventually brought to the attention of the Casper Lab's and L&D departments to use as a guide to further educate and improve employee training and knowledge.In this role, I continued to thrive in customer engagement, providing phenomenal service and leading the store in breaking sales records, and boosting the store's numbers to compete with much larger markets such as New York and California. My excellence in customer service as well as email campaigns contributed to my high sales revenues and opportunity conversion, placing me in the top percentile in the company.

As an assistant store manager with Lids, I was in charge of the operations of both the standard Lids store, as well as the Fanatics (now Lids Locker Room) store in the Round Rock Premium Outlets. Parts of the job included many tasks, such as managing customer transactions, helping patrons find the merchandise they were looking for, and also embroidering hats and other merchandise for customers who were wanting customizations.Management duties included being a key-holder for the location, opening and closing duties, training new hires for different tasks, as well as managing the cash register and its contents.
