I am a professional who has worked in the food and beverage industry since my first job at Pizza Hut. I grew a love for the theme park industry as I was hired for Universal Studios and SeaWorld Orlando. I have completed over 300+ hours of community service impacting homelessness, student development, hunger, and support for families with seriously ill children. I have grown my professionalism through my experience and my ability to attend conferences such as the National Conference on Race and Ethnicity(NCORE).I am looking to land a position within the hotel industry and in particular in guest service. I can use my background in food and beverage to shift my focus into guest service. Some key areas I believe will be beneficial in this pursuit will be my abilities to work in a fast-paced stressful environment, the use of critical thinking skills, and my love to create meaningful experiences.
