I am the owner of FirstTracks Marketing. I directly mange three team leaders who head up all of our creative, development and online marketing programs. My role is to work directly with our clients businesses to help them define their goals and build strategies and plans to help them meet and exceed them. I have been building websites for small businesses for over 10 years now. I have grown with the industry as it has evolved year in and year out. From building large static websites back in the early 2000's to completely integrated CMS platforms using open source technologies such as WordPress and Joomla today. My focus has always remained the same no matter what the technical requirements of the job demand....to always provide an excellent design and user experience that helps you accomplish your marketing and communication goals online.

I taught Website Design 1 and 2 for the spring 2011 semester at Keene State College. These were both 300 level major requirement courses for the Graphic Design BA program at Keene State. I am teaching students both the fundamentals of HTML and CSS for developing websites as well as core principles of design and usability for websites. I am also doing some introduction to CMS platforms with my intermediate classes so they can start to get a better handle on how modern websites are run and what it takes to design and support them in the real world.

My role at CC Stephens as Interactive DIrector requires me to wear a lot of "hats" our team is lean and mean and at the moment I am heading up the growth and development of all CC Stephens new web-based business.I am responsible for building a social network presence for our organization, foster relationships with potential new clients, make myself available for speaking and communication events to present our company offerings, and I also plan, design and manage all of the website projects that we land. This also includes all strategy, design, planning, and proposal aspects of the process.In my time at CC Stephens I have elevated the quality and in-depth level of website project that that CC Stephens can now offer to their clients. I manage the planning of database powered full content management websites that help our clients do more with their customer information and create more customized browsing experiences through direct and interactive marketing.

I was responsible for the management, planning, design, and implementation of all communication pieces that Mount Sunapee used. I designed all manner of print communications, from coupons to posters, postcards and direct mail campaigns. I also managed our vendors for list provision, printing, outsources creative, and some web and database programming.I was the manager, designer, and programmer of Mount Sunapee’s web site and email communications. I also managed the structure and strategy for Mount Sunapee's databases. The database solution I planned was designed to make it easier, more efficient and limit the amount of human error when entering the data. The database was also created to give me the ability to easily run exports of new email addresses to continue to grow our email universe. During my time with Mount Sunapee I increased their email list universe from 1,000 members to 15,000 members in a four-month period.

As the Creative Supervisor for SDE I was responsible for the design and execution of all direct mail, e-mail, and online marketing design efforts for SDE. I had three designers working with me, and was responsible for managing their efforts on their various projects as well as maintaining my own work flow as well. My official role as Creative Supervisor was taken on at the tail end of my time with SDE. Before being put into my supervisor's role I was working in a mentor capacity for the other members of the design team at SDE. In this role I was the chief source for help with current design production and development of all new creative marketing pieces both printed and digital. I was the driving force behind the re-development of SDE's web site communications, and the sole designer to work on all their email campaign designs, some elements and styles of which they are still using in their marketing communications to this day.
