- Placed for 20 days to provide testing for Lincus platform, approached for full-time developer position.- Using NativeScript, developed a cross-platform mobile application to communicate with medical devices.

During my short time at Primark, I was given many different responsibilities ranging from replenishing stock and fetching new stock to place and organise onto the displays in the shop to serving customers on the tills. Although, I was only there a short time on a temporary contract, my manager could rely on me doing any task given to me at a high standard.

Starting as a two-week temporary job, I was quickly approached to stay on permanently over the summer whilst home from university. I was given many responsibilities ranging from decorating the cakes in the morning to be sent to the store in Cambridge to preparing boxes for the orders to be packaged in.

During the busiest shifts I was still able to produce orders (whilst in the kitchens) at the target times of 30 seconds compared to other colleagues who couldn’t keep up with the demand. This was achieved as a result of always making sure the next order was preparing in the toaster or on the grills whilst making the current order. By working to this standard I was able to achieve “employee of the month” within the first year of working in the store.
