• A Partner and Head of the Commercial and Strategic Asset Management team at Cluttons comprising property management, asset management and facilities management. • Ultimate responsibility for service delivery to a variety of clients including one of the UK’s largest retailers, pension funds, educational endowments, charities and one of the Great Twelve Livery Companies of the City of London. • Properties under management span the main commercial sectors and are predominantly located in London and the South-East• Primary property management duties include maintaining the property management accounting system (TRAMPS); demanding and collecting rents and other charges; chasing arrears; co-ordinating items of maintenance and repair with the FM and building surveying teams; dealing with tenant applications; the preparation and reconciliation of service charge budgets; monitoring compliance on properties including H&S, fire and environmental; monitoring lease events; undertaking regular property inspections to ensure tenants are complying with the terms of their lease noting any breaches; client reporting and presenting at meetings.• Asset management responsibilities include overseeing rent reviews, lease renewals, leasing activity and the implementation of value-add initiatives.• Working across service lines within Cluttons (valuation, lease advisory, project and building consultancy, agency and investment) and with external stakeholders (clients, solicitors, third party agents, insurance brokers). • Managing a team of nine property and facilities managers across two offices in London and Oxford. • Responsible for new business generation alongside the Business Development team.• Prior to 2020, I was a Partner in Cluttons Investment Management advising on over £250m AUM on behalf of an educational endowment and a pension fund.• Delivered long term total return outperformance of 120bps and 140bps against relative MSCI indices.

• A Director of Fund Management at M&G Real Estate, the property investment arm of M&G Investments (part of Prudential Group) and one of the world’s largest property investors with £25.9bn of assets under management globally. • Promoted to Deputy Fund Manager of the c£700m M&G UK Property Fund in 2012, a core/core plus strategy for institutional investors which is invested both directly and indirectly across all commercial property sectors in the UK and in 3,500 acres of strategic land.• Acquired and disposed of more than £400m in over 50 separate transactions on the Fund, and delivered in excess of £70m in material value add initiatives contributing to 30bps long term relative outperformance.• Responsibilities included delivering out-performance in accordance with the Fund’s investment objective; formulating hold/sell analysis for each asset; close liaison with the investment and asset management teams; monitoring liquidity; quarterly reporting to the M&GRE investment committee and on individual purchase & sale recommendations; providing regular Fund updates to investors and their consultants; supporting the business development team in raising new capital; contributing to investor reporting.• Prior to my current role, an Investment Manager on the £2.6bn Prudential Annuity Funds sourcing and undertaking long-dated investment grade income acquisitions.

• Assistant Fund Manager responsible for a £35m direct commercial property fund. The portfolio contained 20 properties spread nationwide across all sectors. The role involved buying and selling property for the fund together with devising and implementing asset management initiatives and direct client reporting.• A Surveyor in the central dealing team at AMP Asset Management, prior to the merger with Henderson in 1998, with responsibility for investment property acquisitions and disposals on behalf of all funds under management.
