- Direct supervision of 7 employees (Youth Leader Staff) including all aspects of hiring, onboarding, training, and developing and managing a dynamic 24/7 scheduling program.- Supervise, coach, and develop groups of 9 youths, working hand-in-hand with them through a 6-9 month treatment program. Personally responsible for each individualized treatment plan from intake to the facility through release back to the community; including court hearings and Discharge Planning Meetings.- Work in conjunction with judges, case workers, social workers, and probation officers in developing transition plans for youth returning back to the community after release from facility.- Facilitate daily Peer Group Accountability Meetings, Anger Management, Self-Esteem, and Pro-Social Skills classes.

- Responsible for case load of more than 25 youths following release from treatment facilities.- Personally filed delinquent court charges and attended all necessary court proceedings; including significant interactions with judges and magistrates.

- Responsible for direct supervision and care of youth; including treatment plans and court hearings.- Performed daily Group Accountability Discussions, Peer Accountability Meetings, Anger Management, Self-Esteem, and Pro-Social Skills classes as part of youth treatment plans.
