NeuLion is a technology company which provides technical expertise as a ticketing and premium digital services SaaS provider to the college sports industry. As the first Sales Engineer hired for the company, I embraced a solution-selling approach to expand the footprint of NeuLion by talking to customers at a technical level during the pre-sale process. During my tenure, NeuLion grew to $95.6M in revenue and was purchased for $250M in March 2018. --Sold and renewed customer contract values ranging from $5K - $200K in annual recurring revenue (ARR).--Collaborated with software engineering team to scope, design and build new enhancements and/or products.--Responsible for demonstrating company’s Total Ticketing platform, including ticketing, donor management, access management, CRM, player guest management, student ticketing, event registration, and marketing applications, consulting with prospects regarding implementation of our solutions, and providing input for development of enhancements as well as additional tools.--Designed and rolled out NeuLion’s product demo site. --Performed webinars to customer prospects, drafted and delivered responses to RFPs, and presented at industry trade shows and conferences nationwide. --Designed and executed new pricing structure for Ticketing/Donor/Guest Management proposals.--Utilized relationship building talents to establish the Account Management/Customer Success practice whereas NeuLion could directly measure client satisfaction through retention, churn, and expansion in Ticketing, Donor Management, and Guest Management. Through these efforts, I was able to consistently increase profitability by upselling of our products.
