I am an IT Professional, with several years of experience fixing computers, printers, network infrastructure, and servers. I've been responsible for prompt response of break-fix issues, and providing continued service to maintain and develop the IT infrastructure meeting the specialized needs of our clients. As well as maintaining a good relationship with our clients, with clear communication, ensuring we provide the best service possible.I have been CIOS and CSIS certified, and on the job regularly deal with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Windows Server, Sonicwall Routers, Ubiquity wireless, VMWare hosts and guests, Active Directory based networks, Microsoft Exchange, and O365 systems.I personally have a background in Almond farming. I enjoy Programming, developing Linux-based systems and infrastructure, and am generally fascinated with work of a good Artisan.
