Prior to my time at Neovia, I was Operations Manager at Amazon Fulfillment Center MDW7, where I oversaw the CAP (count, amnesty, and pick) process, a critical function that ensures customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and employee engagement. I have been in this role for over three years, and I have achieved multiple improvements in safety, quality, and productivity through data-driven decisions and analytical problem-solving. I have also trained and mentored hundreds of associates and managers, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and innovation.In addition to my role at Amazon, I have been serving as Director of Office Chief Public Affairs for the US Army in the Midwest since 2017, and previously as Director of Public Affairs for NATO Land Command in 2016. With over 22 years of experience in public affairs and military operations, I have developed and executed strategic communication plans, managed media and community relations, and led cross-functional teams in complex and dynamic environments. I have also leveraged my marketing and education skills to create and deliver effective training and outreach programs for diverse audiences.
