• Updated a 3-year-old outdated Multiple on the Investment Capital construction portfolio model by extracting portfolio tracks from the Private Equity SaaS system. An Accumulation of over 60 different required data attributes was utilized to calculate the multiples on ~$30 billion of AUM in Private Equity. The Updated Model construction model is used to market and analyze potential investor portfolio expected returns.• Created a centralized Private Equity, Real Estate, and Infrastructure Investor Database in Excel that totaled over $30 billion AUM and over 500 investors in separate accounts to be used for quarterly AUM reporting and analysis.• Reconciled Internal Rate of Returns among the 45 Private Equity fund Track records to ensure data migration was successful and to verify the source of truth for historical investment data

The City of Port Orange is a medium-level city located in Central Florida along the Atlantic coast. The city has an overall budget of~120 million dollars a year, with around 500 employees. The city provides public safety, parks and recreation activities, and water & sewer services to its citizen's other surrounding municipalities.- Orchestrated the Annual Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) in which the city's Capital Expenditures across 18 departments for the following 6 years. The plan totaled 16 million budgeted for 2022 and 160 million across fiscal years 2022-2026. - Developed and compiled reports by coordinating and scheduling meetings with other department heads along with the budget team and led the meeting in what was needed for the particular report. - Networked with Department Leaders and City Officials by attending department meetings to improve the strategy and efficiency of the city, especially concerning the Finances of the city.- Developed Tableau and Excel-based-analysis models to study complex accounting information to present to a group of 7 budget and accounting teams. Also, presented this information to an outside company performing additional analysis for the city.
