As the South Pacific Sales Director and General Manager of HPE Pointnext Services, my focus is on developing, selling, managing and solutioning differentiated as a Service (aaS) offerings that solve HPE’s customers’ business, technology, and operational pain points. My real passion is ensuring our customers and partners are successful via my amazing HPE Pointnext services team consisting of sales, business development, product managers, operations, and delivery resources. My team’s current charter is on leading HPE’s aaS and consumption transformative initiatives across all HPE teams in Australia and New Zealand. Through direct dialogue, understanding desired outcomes and custom solutioning, my team and I enable our direct and in-direct customers to take advantage of more efficient and effective aaS model such as HPE’s flagship GreenLake and GreenLake Managed Service (GMS) offerings. These offerings have grown more than 300% over the past 3 years across South Pac. As a trusted advisor in enabling clients to digitally transform, I’ve built a solid track record of understanding and providing solutions for the transformational, operational and consumption based requirements of both large Enterprise and SMBs customers, through direct collaboration with business leaders within South Pacific, as well as globally. Working with a highly-talented and agile, solutions-focused team, we pride ourselves on offering our customer and partners genuine HPE Support on top of our vast portfolio of advisory, professional, and operational services, including our flagship HPE GreenLake consumption offering that enables customers to only pay for what they use.From a personal perspective, I’ve had significant success in a variety of leadership and entrepreneurial roles built upon a passion for developing energized, adaptable, and capable services teams. After more than two decades as a global IT executive within sales, business development, product management and delivery, I lead from the front to coach and transform teams which translates to significant business success. I’m a highly agile, collaborative, and motivated leader with over 24 years of proven experience at the corporate, regional and country level within the advisory and professional services domains with a real passion for customers and channel partners. I possess a significant track record of being able to help services companies profitably grow, manage and transform their services organizations while improving the overall customer experience and employee engagement.
