As an Assistant Paralegal at Fragomen, I assembled physical and digital non-immigrant client petitions for shipment to clients and USCIS; reviewed and revised non-immigrant petitions involving USCIS forms I-129, I-129S, I-129S L Supplement, and I-907; created client invoices for legal fees and petition expenses; and implemented, as well as organized, a physical and digital filing system for all client petitions sent and in-process.

As the Student Coordinator of the Peer Advisor program, I managed the Peer Advisor staff of 34 members; oversaw all sponsored program events; and facilitated all interdepartmental communication across the university campus. The Peer Advisor staff operates inside of Loyola University Chicago's mandatory seminar for First-Year students, called UNIV 101. Particularly, as the Lead Peer Advisor for the Social Justice Initiative, I contributed towards: creating an 18 hour summer training schedule that benefits the whole staff while promoting team bonding, open discussion, and social justice; planning effective and efficient weekly staff meetings; serving as a liaison between Peer Advisor staff and the Peer Advising Leadership Team; promoting community bonding and cultural competency among all staff members to ensure a cohesive and well-connected team; collaborating with other on-campus and off-campus organizations to promote social justice throughout the Peer Advising staff and in the UNIV 101 classrooms; promoting a safe space within the staff, through open dialogue, to ensure effective communication and comfort within the staff; engaging in conversations and reflections regarding social justice regularly with staff to create an open learning environment; and implementing a constructive feedback culture within the staff .

As the Chief Student Officer of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, I contributed toward and furthered the mission of the University Student Government through various mediums including: serving as a liaison between the university's student body and the administration specifically regarding concerns and initiatives of diversity and inclusion, standing as a student representative on a multitude of administrative/executive councils and committees focused on addressing concerns of inclusion for various student populations, evaluating opportunities for the University Student Government to promote diversity on campus, advising the Senate's Justice Committee within the University Student Government, and continuing an open education on a variety of sociopolitical perspectives.

Served the Loyola Orientation program through acclimating 120+ incoming students to the Loyola Chicago campus and serving as an ambassador on behalf of the university, included conducting tours and facilitating class registration to provide incoming students an effective transition to university life

Contributed to the First and Second Year Advising Office through mentoring 150+ total incoming students over 2 years and serving as a liaison between the professor and the students, included creating lesson plans and executing formal presentations, ensuring that incoming students were knowledgeable of academic and professional resources

Assisted the Department of Residence Life via managing the front desk of various residence halls and providing clerical support for administrative hall staff securing an efficient connection between desk and administrative processes

As the Immigration and Naturalization Services Intern, I assisted Catholic Charities's Immigration Office through advocating on behalf of migrants - predominantly victims of crime and refugees - and advising them through introductory phases of various U.S. immigration processes including: writing and translating victims' personal statements and civil documents; taking fingerprints for FBI background checks; writing executive case summaries; and reviewing/summarizing medical and court records.
