Completed minority sale to top PE firm.• Developed and launched 3 new products, providing multiple growth avenues and >$300M+ incremental annual originations while better meeting customer needs.• Managed launch & distribution of Target-branded Visa and Amex Gift Cards and re-loadable pre-paid cards through 1,700 Target stores, with annual issuance to exceed $1 Billion.• Achieved strong earnings growth and bank profitability (ROE >50%) and regular dividends by shifting strategy from commercial to consumer product portfolio and retail distribution.• Governed sale of Altabank (NASDAQ: ALTA) to Glacier Bank (NASDAQ: GBCI) for ~$930M (2.9x TBV), including chairing special committee to work with activist shareholder group.• Managed merger integration of multi-site operations for two simultaneous acquisitions by Fortune 500 healthcare provider; designed new operating model achieving annual savings of >$150M.• Had fun building and leading amazing teams, developing innovative products, and delighting millions of customers.Let’s build it!
