Quickly and accurately process and sort for shelving all materials from bookdrops, courier transit, and customer hold requests. Mark items browsed by customers as used, shelve when available, and other duties as needed/available.

Retrieve materials from the bookdrops, accurately sort and shelve materials, retrieve items requested by library customers as holds, and maintain the clean and organized atmosphere of the library.

Monthly patron recording of a devotional or folk song for Patreon subscribers. Content releases via Youtube to the public several months later.

Perform in opera choruses as chosen by the Chorus Master, Artistic Administrator, and Director of Production.

Offering private voice lessons coupled with the opportunity to appear in monthly formal recitals with professional pianists. Lesson times are available.

Teach private voice lessons and other courses as assigned by the Chair of the Music Division.

Provide a musical anchor for members of the bass section in the chancel choir. Perform occasional solo and small ensemble pieces.

Studio voice lessons available, with a scholarship program for financially challenged high school students. Music Appreciation and personal enrichment classes are currently in development. The first class, a five-Sunday course about musicals began July 20, 2014.

Serve as primary contact point for interested individuals. Oversee the mission of the Institute by coordinating activities for all areas in conjunction with collaborators including: season auditions, marketing/fundraising campaigns, staffing, venue selection, and performance needs.

Participate in music from the early renaissance through mid-twentieth century providing music at scheduled masses and events.

Arrange for performances of music in two services during the months of September-May, conduct the Chancel Choir and Carilloners Bell Choir, arrange performances for two additional bell choirs and a handbell quartet, and rehearse and perform a special worship service or cantata at both Christmas and Easter.
