My responsibilities at Turner Fleischer include:• Preparation of construction documents for a broad typology of commercial and industrial projects.• Coordination with project managers and technologists to ensure deliverables are well coordinated, high quality, and delivered on time and on budget.• Coordination with clients, consultants and contractors throughout a project’s life cycle.• Construction administration duties including shop drawing reviews, payment certification, change management, site visits, and preparation of limited general review reports. • Coordination with internal development teams such as digital practice, knowledge management and learning & development.• Working with these teams to aid in the development of automation tools, standardized content and procedures, centralized knowledge and experience resources, identify learning opportunities, and deliver training to staff, all to improve the quality and efficiency of deliverables throughout the studio.Previous responsibilities: • Preparation and maintenance of workflow streamlining and quality control Dynamo scripts. • Research and development relating to new automation technologies and opportunities. • Overseeing a team of fellow technologists tasked with developing scripts for the Studio and promoting their use. • Training of new staff on using available Dynamo scripts. • Training current staff how to create Dynamo scripts through an internal continuing education framework. • Conducting laser scan surveys across the country and generating 3D Revit models from the scans. • Developing standardized Revit Family content for studio use.

Founding committee member of the Toronto Dynamo User Group, a community space for Dynamo enthusiasts. Committee members organize events, manage the group’s website and social media presence, engage with the online community and attend to community feedback.

Worked on mainly residential renovation projects and new cabanas and pool houses. Responsibilities consisted of taking thorough sight measurements in order to produce accurate AutoCAD drawings of the existing building conditions. Worked with the lead designer and the client to generate the optimum design for their needs. From there, permit drawings were produced and submitted to the municipality. Worked to incorporate BIM technology into the design process, created Revit Families and drawing templates to meet the company’s existing CAD standards and signature

Organized the processes and materials of patio and retaining wall construction, planting of shrubs, trees and garden beds, as well as other landscape construction needs. Organized coworkers in order to complete jobs as efficiently as possible.
