CurrentMy responsibilities at Turner Fleischer include:• Preparation of construction documents for a broad typology of commercial and industrial projects.• Coordination with project managers and technologists to ensure deliverables are well coordinated, high quality, and delivered on time and on budget.• Coordination with clients, consultants and contractors throughout a project’s life cycle.• Construction administration duties including shop drawing reviews, payment certification, change management, site visits, and preparation of limited general review reports. • Coordination with internal development teams such as digital practice, knowledge management and learning & development.• Working with these teams to aid in the development of automation tools, standardized content and procedures, centralized knowledge and experience resources, identify learning opportunities, and deliver training to staff, all to improve the quality and efficiency of deliverables throughout the studio.Previous responsibilities: • Preparation and maintenance of workflow streamlining and quality control Dynamo scripts. • Research and development relating to new automation technologies and opportunities. • Overseeing a team of fellow technologists tasked with developing scripts for the Studio and promoting their use. • Training of new staff on using available Dynamo scripts. • Training current staff how to create Dynamo scripts through an internal continuing education framework. • Conducting laser scan surveys across the country and generating 3D Revit models from the scans. • Developing standardized Revit Family content for studio use.
