Reporting directly to the County Prosecutor, my role as Special Agent for Strategic Planning & Programs has the primary objective of responding to emerging needs in the county that impact crime & public safety by implementing strategic prevention & intervention projects with a key focus on high risk behaviors, gangs, violence, & vulnerable populations, while identifying innovative community policing opportunities that further advance the CCPO’s mission to create & preserve an environment of safety. From community justice engagement like gun safety and violence awareness, to educational events like Hometown Security Initiative, to implementing innovative grants like Operation Helping Hand my function continues to develop to meet the end goal.In my capacity I serve on several committees including Cumberland County Positive Youth Development Coalition, CC THRIVE, Inspira's Substance Abuse & Mental Health Committee, SCRATCH Rx Abuse Prevention Coalition, and the Addiction Recovery Support Action Committee.

Provide direct oversight to all of Southwest Council’s regional and community based coalitions and supervise a coalition staff of five. Assist staff in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of the coalition’s strategic plan and the development of all Logic Model goals and initiatives. Responsibilities include, oversight of coalition initiatives and reporting, as well as the timely submission of required reports to the coalition’s funders and other entities the coalition is responsible to.Also responsible for the creation, organization and implementation of the agency’s communication strategies and supervision of all staff working on such projects. Responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and maintaining agency-wide electronic (websites and social media accounts) and print communications, as well as media campaigns designed to promote the agency and raise awareness of agency goals, services, and accomplishments.

Employ creative initiatives (e.g. sticker shock) from inception to implementation utilizing the coalition’s diverse network, including both professionals and volunteers.
