The automated version of this tracking systems was subsequently integrated into our ERP system within 6 months of debut.2. A series of Driver Safety Training Videos to enhance driver scores in the early stages of their employment. The videos also assist seasoned drivers by affording them the opportunity to unlearn already established driving habits. Whilst Carvana utilizes an elementary presentation of the Smith 5 keys of driving, for driver safety, it fails to engage drivers. The video series utilizes real world footage which is presented to small groups and encourages open dialogue and problem solving. These videos have resulted in higher, early employment driver scores as well as the improvement of veteran driver scores.Customer advocates are the only customer facing division within Carvana. This role comprises coordinating with the client to optimize delivery, respond to customer requests and concerns, and addresses any issues encountered in the field through team coordination. Personalization of each client experience is paramount to their satisfaction with the buying experience, and vital to retention and recommendation.Maintain and update field notes to ensure company wide transparency for client centric experience and service.Maintain accurate DOT logs and paperwork to avoid driver, and or, company sanctions. -
